Looking for a room mate
We have one small room free in our appartment, located on the 2nd Section of Ming Sheng East Road, near Song Jiang Road intersection.
We share the bathroom, living-room and kitchen. The room itself is already equipped with a bed, a air conditionner, and a wardrobe. The whole building is maintained and clean.
There is a bus stop just in front going to Suang Lian MRT Station (2 stations from Taipei Main Station) in 5 mins when no trafic.
No smoker and no pet please.
The monthly fee would be of 8,000 NT$ (water and electricity fee not included).
